Israeli soldiers abducted, on Tuesday at dawn, five Palestinians, including a former political prisoner, from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported.

The PPS said the soldiers invaded and searched many homes in Nablus governorate, in northern West Bank, and abducted a former political prisoner, identified as Sami al-‘Aassi, who previously spent ten years in Israeli prisons, in addition to Bara’ Amer.

In Jericho, the soldiers also searched homes and abducted Ahmad Na’im Hijazi and Dia’-Eddin Abu Zeina.

In addition, the soldiers abducted Haitham Ibrahim Zama’ra, after invading his home in Halhoul town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron.

The soldiers also summoned for interrogated a student of the Al-Quds University, identified as Salem Mousa Shadeed.
